Payment Arrangements

Your Payment Options

Please keep in mind, that payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We offer a variety of payment options to ensure that your dental treatment is affordable.

We accept cash, check or credit

We accept MasterCard and Visa credit cards. We also utilize Capital One HealthCare Finance, a 3rd party payment program, which is specifically designed for dental patients. They offer 0% financing! Capital One can be used for co-payments, deductibles, treatment and procedures not covered by insurance.

Beliefs and Benefits

We believe that important decisions about your dental care should be made by you and your dentist, not your insurance company. Once you have decided on the course of treatment that you want, we will submit your claim and help you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance benefits vary greatly, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith, but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts.

Payment Due

Your estimated patient portion must be paid at the time of service. As a service to our patients, we will bill insurance companies for services and allow them 45 days to render payment. After 60 days, you are responsible for the entire balance, paid in full.
